Chade Saghir is an accomplished Senior Planner/Analyst at SEMCOG, where since July 1996, responsibilities have included leading teams and managing projects aimed at enhancing regional traffic and transportation. Concurrently, Chade has served as Adjunct Faculty at both Henry Ford Community College and Wayne State University since January 2001 and January 2011, respectively, where coursework has been redesigned to improve student success and retention rates.
