Tom Bruff

Tom Bruff is currently the Transportation Planning and Programming Manager at SEMCOG, where they have developed expertise in traffic safety, transportation operations, and regional planning. With a background in civil engineering, Tom previously held various roles at SEMCOG and served as a Civil Engineer II at the Macomb County Road Commission. They have a BS in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and have gained valuable experience working with the public, local governments, and elected officials.
