Ali Abid

Ali Abid has a diverse work experience in product design engineering and project management. Ali is currently working as a Lead Design Engineer at Semcon. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Design Engineer at the same company. Ali was also a Co-founder and Multidisciplinary Designer at Rocca Studio AB, where they focused on simplifying design based on human insight. Ali had a short-term role as a Project Manager and Product Developer at RISE Interactive Institute AB, where they worked on creating VR and 360 experiences. Additionally, Ali has experience as a Product Design Engineer and Industrial Designer at AB Realisator Robotics and as a Product Designer at Cate & Nelson. Ali also worked as a Product Developer and Design Engineering Consultant at Team Fysiq AB, Almi Företagspartner, Envic Sense AB, and Windfree AB. Ali's earlier experience includes co-founding Sveja Designtudio, where they worked as a Product Design Engineer and Designer.

Ali Abid attended Mälardalen University from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Design Engineering. Ali'sfield of study was focused on Innovation & Product Design/Development.
