Peter Jasko

Peter Jasko is an experienced executive in the fintech and financial services sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Semeris since March 2020, where Peter leads the development of Semeris Docs, a cloud-based platform for document analysis aimed at CLO professionals. Previously, Jasko founded and served as CEO of PartPay UK, which was acquired by Zip in 2019, and held significant roles at Trepp, LLC, Verint Verba, and Verba Technologies, focusing on sales and revenue operations. Jasko's early career includes key positions at JPMorgan, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Merrill Lynch, emphasizing CLO structuring.
