Ashley Roller (Murphy) is a senior HR leader currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Semgrep. With over a decade of experience in building and scaling HR functions in high-growth technology firms, Ashley has successfully led initiatives that supported significant headcount growth and enhanced employee engagement. Previously, Ashley held key HR roles at companies such as PernixData, Hedvig Inc., Nutanix, and Clumio, where they developed diverse programs and compliance strategies for global teams. Ashley is committed to creating dynamic workplaces that empower employees and support organizational growth. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management at San José State University.
