Christophe Frey is a semiconductor executive and startup mentor with over 30 years of leadership experience at Arm and STMicroelectronics. Currently serving as the Vice President of EU Engagements at Arm and an Operating Partner at C4 Ventures, Christophe specializes in scaling engineering and fostering innovation ecosystems across Europe and the US. They have held various roles, including Director General of ARM France and Vice President of Engineering Operations within Arm's Physical Design Division.
