Florence Servant

Florence Servant is a Senior Business Incubator Manager and holds a Ph.D. in the Physics of Condensed Matter. They have extensive experience in project and team management, specializing in areas such as crystal growth, magnetic materials, and semiconductor technologies. Florence's past roles include serving as a Graduate Researcher at CNRS and a Team Lead Project Manager at CEA-Liten, where they worked on innovative solutions for electric motors and photovoltaic applications. Currently, they are a Semiconductor Technology Committee Member at SEMI and a Senior R&D Manager at SOITEC, focusing on the development of new businesses based on disruptive technologies.
