Greg Barrett

Greg Barrett is an experienced finance executive, currently serving as the Chief Financial and Business Operations Officer at SEMI since September 2025. Previously, Barrett held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Efinix, Inc. from February 2022 to August 2025, and served as Vice President of Finance at a Server and IT Solutions Company from March 2020 to February 2022. Barrett's extensive background also includes roles such as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Rambus from June 2013 to March 2020, and Director of Finance for Micron Technology’s Consumer Products Group from February 2008 to July 2013, managing over $1 billion in annual revenue. In earlier career stages, Barrett was Senior Director of Finance at Intel Corporation from June 1989 to February 2008. Barrett holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University of Chico.
