Kevin Bauer

Kevin Bauer has over 30 years of experience in financial leadership roles. Kevin'smost recent position is Chief Financial & Business Operations Officer at SEMI, a role they have held since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as Chief Financial Officer at Supermicro from February 2018 to February 2021, and as SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy from January 2017 to January 2018. Kevin was also Chief Financial Officer at Pericom Semiconductor from April 2014 to November 2016. Before that, they worked as an Independent Consultant at NeoPhotonics in 2014. From 2009 to 2013, they held various roles at Exar Corporation, including Chief Financial Officer and Transition Consultant. Kevin also worked at TSMC as Director of FP&A | Operations Controller from 1997 to 2001, and at NXP Semiconductors in various financial roles from 1988 to 1997. Kevin started their career as a Corporate Banking Credit Analyst at Bank of America in 1983. Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategic guidance, and has successfully led financial teams and implemented financial systems.

Kevin Bauer received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance at Santa Clara University, completing their studies from 1982 to 1984.
