Laith Altimime

Laith Altimime is an accomplished leader in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as President at SEMI since October 2015. Prior to this role, Laith held senior positions at imec, including Senior Director of Business Development and Director of CMOS Technology & Design Technology Enablement from April 2009 to September 2015. Laith's experience also includes serving as Director of Technology & Innovation at Qimonda from January 2007 to January 2009 and Director of Emerging Memory Technologies Development at Altis Semiconductors in France from November 2004 to December 2006. Laith Altimime earned a BSc-Honours degree in Semiconductor Electronics from Heriot-Watt University between January 1986 and January 1989.
