Ty Middleton

Ty Middleton is currently the Chief Workforce Officer at SMART USA Institute and the Chief Workforce Officer at Semiconductor Research Corporation. Previously, Ty held various roles, including Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Change Management at The University of Texas at San Antonio and Senior Human Resources Manager at Cintas. With a strategic focus on education and workforce development, Ty has spearheaded initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ty holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Sociology from Norfolk State University.
