Dave MacDonald

Dave MacDonald is a seasoned professional in pharmaceutical product development, currently serving as a Consultant at Deltasource Consulting Services Inc since June 2022. With extensive experience spanning over three decades, MacDonald has held prominent roles, including Advisory Board member at SemiosBIO Technologies Inc and President of Methylation Sciences from March 2017 to June 2022. As Chief Technology Officer at ImmunoFlex and previously at MSI Methylation Sciences, MacDonald directed R&D efforts for innovative pharmaceutical solutions. Leadership experience also includes tenure as President & CEO of Active Pass Pharmaceuticals and General Manager at Biovail Contract Research, where strategic management of clinical research operations was key. MacDonald began a career in the industry as a Staff Researcher at Syntex and developed critical methodologies in R&D roles at Hemosol. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Alberta and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of PEI.
