Fernanda Koatz is currently involved in M&A and Corporate Development at Semios, starting in 2025. Previously, they gained valuable experience as an Investment Banking professional at Atlas Partners and conducted financial analysis and valuation for M&A, IPO, and DCM transactions. Fernanda also worked as an Analyst and Trainee at Santander Brasil, where they achieved Top 5 performance status and earned a scholarship for post-graduate coursework at Babson College. They interned at the City and County of Denver, contributing to a published article on bicycle and pedestrian data analysis. Currently, Fernanda is pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at both Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia and the University of Colorado Denver.
