Kyle Hackbarth

Kyle Hackbarth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, management, and strategic operations across multiple industries, including brewing, chemicals, and retail. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales at SEMO Milling since October 2025, Kyle previously held the role of National Strategic Accounts & Distribution Division Manager at Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. and co-founded Cartridge Brewing, where successful operations led to significant revenue growth. With a strong background in the chemical sector from DuBois Chemicals, Kyle also contributed to the military as an Assistant Operations Officer and Fire Support Officer in the US Army. An accomplished educator, Kyle holds an MBA from Purdue University, a certificate in the Business of Craft Beer from the University of Vermont, and further credentials in brewing technology.
