Alexandre Brelet

Alexandre Brelet is a geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as an Apprentice Geotechnical Engineer and Technician at SEMOFI since July 2019. Prior to this role, Alexandre worked as a Scientific Animator at Association Icare, conducting science workshops in primary schools in Paris from October 2018 to July 2019. Alexandre's background includes research positions at the Institut des Sciences de la Terre de Paris, focusing on metamorphism characterization in the Franco-Swiss Prealps and thermochronological studies in the Eastern Alps, utilizing various analytical techniques and software. Alexandre has also contributed to multiple geoscience projects across French massifs and Spanish Pyrenees during a tenure at ISTeP. Academic credentials include a Master 2 in Environment and Geological Engineering from Paris-Sud University and a Master of Science in Geology from Sorbonne University.
