Nena D.

Nena D. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nena currently holds the position of Head of People Success at Semos Cloud, a role they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, Nena worked at LEORON Institute from 2015 to 2020, where they held various HR positions such as Lead HR Specialist, Senior HR Specialist, and HR Specialist. Nena also served as an International Training Consultant at LEORON Institute. Before joining LEORON, Nena worked as a Freelance Translator from 2010 to 2014. Nena started their career at EPICENTAR International DOOEL as a Project Assistant in 2014.

Nena D. began their education at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in 2010, where they pursued a degree in Literature & Linguistics. Nena completed their undergraduate studies in 2014. In 2015, they returned to Ss. Cyril and Methodius University to pursue an MBA in Business/Managerial Economics, which they completed in 2017.

Following their MBA, Nena D. enrolled in the Faculty of Economics at University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" in 2018 to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organizational Leadership. Nena is expected to graduate in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Nena D. has obtained multiple certifications. In 2016, they earned the Human Resource Manager® certification from the American National Standards Institute. In 2018, they became a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Professional (CSSGB) through ASQ - World Headquarters. In 2019, they completed the Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) program offered by the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Nena D. has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Empathy for Sales Professionals," "Humble Inquiry: The Gentle Art of Asking Instead of Telling (getAbstract Summary)," "Scrum: The Basics," "Time-Tested Methods for Making Complex Decisions," and "Why Trust Matters with Rachel Botsman."
