SEMPA partners with early-stage AI, infrastructure and security startups to help them scale teams thoughtfully — without reactive hiring or unnecessary risk.

We work with founders, technical leaders and investors to provide market intelligence, role calibration and executive search, supporting hiring decisions before urgency sets in.

Our work typically includes:
	•	Executive and specialist search across AI, infrastructure, security and GTM
	•	Early-stage role definition and hiring strategy
	•	Ongoing talent mapping and market insight
	•	Embedded talent partnerships alongside traditional search

SEMPA works flexibly across retained and contingency models, depending on company stage, hiring maturity and internal capability.

We are selective about partnerships and focus on long-term outcomes over short-term wins.
