William Carson

William Carson is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in cyber security and engineering. Currently serving as a Cyber Librarian, ISMS Manager, and Data Privacy Consultant at Semper Sec since January 2020, William has also completed a notable career in the United States Air Force, reaching the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in Civil Engineering from October 1973 to October 1995 and later worked as a Project Engineer upon retirement in April 2016. William holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
