Sara Barry

Sara Barry, PhD, BCC, currently serves as the Director of Organizational and Leadership Development at Semperis, where responsibilities include strategizing and leading various organizational development initiatives, including the implementation of the company's first engagement survey and performance management process. Prior experience includes a role as Developer Manager at Apple, focusing on stakeholder collaboration to develop training solutions and learning strategies. Additionally, Sara has held positions as Learning & Development Manager at Rush Enterprises, Inc., Department Head for Education Technology at METC, and San Antonio Chapter President at ASTD. An extensive background in instructional design at Concurrent Technologies Corporation involved the transformation of classroom to web-based training.
