Manfred Stanek

Manfred Stanek is a global business leader and the CEO of SEMPERIT AG. They lived and worked in South America, North America, and Europe, and also worked in Asia, and are fluent in English, German, and Portuguese. They previously served as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the executive board at Greiner from 2023 to 2025, and as CEO of Greiner Packaging from 2016 to 2023. Earlier in the career, they were Chief Commercial Officer and VP Corporate Strategy at Novelis (2014–2015), led negotiations for global contracts with can makers and the automotive industry, and managed a $400 million capital expenditure budget. They also served as CEO of U.S. Zinc (2009–2012), where EBITDA grew eightfold in three years, and earned an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), with executive programs at INSEAD and the Center for Creative Leadership.
