Stefan Kronister

Stefan Kronister is currently the Global Lead Buyer for Polymers at SEMPERIT AG. They have held various buying roles in the chemicals and plastics sectors and have extensive experience in procurement, including positions as Head of Quality & Sustainability. Previously, Stefan completed a postdoctoral research position and served as a graduate research fellow at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. They earned multiple degrees, including a Diplom-Ingenieur (MSc) and a Dr.tech. from Technische Universität Wien, all while passing with distinction. Earlier in their career, they completed internships at Patheon and Boehringer Ingelheim as well as a summer internship at AGRANA Fruit.
