Alison James

Alison James is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in HR, organizational development, and business strategy. They served as Chief Human Resources Officer at BIC, where they led a global HR transformation and guided multinational operations across 60 countries. Alison is currently the Executive Director of the BIC Corporate Foundation and also runs Page 2 Consulting LLC, providing HR advisory services. They hold a bachelor's degree in management studies from the University of Bradford and have lived and worked in various countries, enriching their global perspective. In addition to their corporate roles, Alison is involved with several advisory boards and supports local non-profits through pro bono consulting.
