Amy Bouque

Amy Bouque serves as the Chief People Officer at Kelly since September 2020 and as an HR Venture Advisor for SemperVirens Venture Capital since February 2024. At SemperVirens, which manages over $200 million and invests in transformative technology for healthcare, work, and financial wellness, Amy is part of an exclusive group of senior HR leaders. Prior to this, Amy held several key roles at Ally Financial Inc., including Executive Director of Talent Management, where leadership in Talent Management COE encompassed various areas such as Leadership & Development, Performance Management, and Diversity & Inclusion. Amy's earlier experience includes positions as Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of Human Resources at Ally Financial, as well as Manager of Human Resources at DTE Energy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Employee Relations from Michigan State University, a Master's in Industrial Relations from Wayne State University, and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from North Carolina State University.
