George Thomas is an experienced Total Rewards leader with a strong background in compensation, benefits, and human resource operations. Currently serving as Total Rewards Leader at J.Crew since May 2022, George directs the strategy and design of compensation plans while transforming compensation processes for enhanced efficiency. Additionally, George is a Total Rewards Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital, contributing to the fund's initiatives in technology for healthcare and workforce wellness. Previously, George held senior roles at Levi Strauss & Co., Narayana Health, and several other organizations, managing compensation strategies, HR functions, and talent management processes across multiple regions. George's educational background includes MSc (Hons) Economics and Master of Management Studies (MMS) from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
