John Boudreau

John Boudreau is a Senior Research Scientist and Research Director at the Center for Effective Organizations at USC Marshall, where involvement has spanned since August 2003. Additionally, John serves as an HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital and holds the title of Professor Emeritus of Management and Organization at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business. John's contributions include serving on the selection committee for MSF - Doctors Without Borders, as well as being an editorial board member for the Journal of Management and California Management Review. John has also been a board member for the Institute for Corporate Productivity and held advisory roles with EmPath and Playworks. Education credentials include a Ph.D. in Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University.
