Laura Robblee is an accomplished HR leader and executive coach with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as an HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital since February 2023, Laura is involved in an early-stage venture capital fund that focuses on transformative healthcare technologies. Laura's prior roles include SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Zuora, where responsibilities encompassed People and Places functions, Internal Communications, and Social Impact. Additionally, Laura held senior positions at GoPro, Lithium Technologies, and Electronic Arts, among others, demonstrating a deep commitment to organizational culture, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion.
