Paul E. Wolfe

Paul E. Wolfe is a Human First Leadership Advocate with extensive experience in human resources spanning over two decades. Currently, Wolfe serves as a board member at PayScale and as an HR Venture Advisor for SemperVirens Venture Capital, while also hosting the 52 Humans vlogcast and preparing for the 2023 release of their book, "Human Beings First - Practices for Empathetic, Expressive Leadership." Previously, Wolfe held executive HR roles at notable companies including Indeed, Match.com, and Conde Nast, where they focused on fostering inclusive workplace cultures and employee engagement. Wolfe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management from Nova Southeastern University and resides in New York with their husband and three dogs.
