Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is a seasoned HR executive and consultant with twenty-five years of global leadership experience across approximately 50 countries, specializing in organizational design, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent and Inclusion at AIG, Ryan has also held prominent roles at companies such as Intel Corporation and GE, where they led HR teams supporting diverse business units and significant global initiatives. Ryan's career reflects a commitment to culture reinvention, strategic transformation, and the development of world-class HR organizations. They are also active as an advisor in multiple organizations, including PeopleTech Enterprise and Colleva. Ryan holds a BA in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder.
