Andrey Mosyaev

Andrey Mosyaev has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and machine learning. Andrey started their career as a Machine Learning Engineer at Econophysica in November 2018, where they worked until February 2019. Andrey then joined Sberbank-Technology as a Data Scientist in February 2020, where they developed and trained models for predictive analysis and worked on classifying incoming news streams. Andrey achieved a 10-15% gain on F1-score in this role. In September 2021, Andrey became a Doctoral Researcher at EU Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions. ITN-European Industrial Doctorate (EID), where they conducted research until September 2022. Andrey currently holds the position of Data Scientist at Semrush since June 2022.

Andrey Mosyaev is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Machine Learning at Freie Universität Berlin, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in big data and machine learning at ITMO University from 2019 to 2021. Before their Master's, Andrey obtained a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics, which they completed from 2015 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Andrey has obtained several certifications from Coursera. In 2018, they completed courses such as "Convolutional Neural Networks," "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization," "Sequence Models," "Structuring Machine Learning Projects," "Специализация Deep Learning," and "Neural Networks and Deep Learning." More recently, in 2022, Andrey obtained certifications for "Introduction to Machine Learning in Production" and "Machine Learning Data Lifecycle in Production" from Coursera.
