Andy started their career at NBC Universal as a Production Coordinator and Executive Assistant, managing and tracking expenses for multiple shows. Andy then worked at The Onion as a Production Coordinator, coordinating digital content and projects for Comedy Central. At NowThis News, Andy served as a Staff Writer, writing and directing scripted shoots and consulting on the company's overall voice and outreach. As a Freelancer, they managed and coordinated the production of commercials, short films, and music videos for various clients including Google and EMI Records.

Andy's experience continued at Dream Machine Creative, where they initially worked as a Producer before becoming the Head of Production and Lead Creative. In this role, they oversaw projects from pre-production to post-production, managed client relations, and built relationships with larger clients. Andy also owned and operated their own production company, Omnivore Films, where they produced commercial and narrative content and developed a feature film.

At UnitedLex, Andy served as a Media Production Manager, leading the production and post-production of video content for the company's web presence. Andy managed remote video solutions and directed staff on-camera. Andy then joined Hearst Magazines as a Senior Creative Producer/Director, producing original content for HearstMade, working with clients such as Chivas Regal and Proctor & Gamble.

Most recently, Andy joined Semrush as the Creative Director, leading the execution of all video content. Andy generates and develops creative concepts, represents the brand on set and in post-production, and sources partner production companies and agencies globally.
