Anton Bulavin

Anton Bulavin has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Anton is currently serving as the Chapter Leader for OWASP Limassol, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Semrush as an Application Security Lead, starting in April 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the security of the product and internal services, including conducting internal penetration tests and auditing web applications' architecture.

Before Semrush, Anton worked as a Lead IT Engineer at JSC "Arcadia Inc" from September 2015 to April 2018, and as an IT Engineer from March 2013 to August 2015. Prior to that, they were the Manager of the IT department at NetWrix Corporation from February 2012 to March 2013, and a System Administrator from January 2011 to February 2012.

Anton's career in IT started at 1C Gendalf, where they worked as a System Administrator from November 2009 to January 2011. Prior to that, they served as a System Administrator at Avanti ISP Russia from May 2008 to September 2009.

Anton Bulavin attended the Military Space Academy Mozhaisky from 2005 to 2010 and later enrolled at ITMO University from 2010 to 2011. Anton does not hold any degrees or specify a field of study for either institution. In February 2020, Anton obtained a certification in Linux Security from OTUS Online Education.
