Christian Madsen has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the field of compensation and rewards. Christian currently serves as the VP Global Total Rewards at Semrush, a leading online visibility management SaaS platform. Prior to this, Christian worked as the VP Compensation, North America Groups at Fresenius Medical Care, the world's leading company in patient-oriented renal therapy. Christian also held the position of Head of Global Total Rewards at A123 Systems, a company specializing in advanced lithium-ion batteries and energy storage systems. Christian's earlier experience includes serving as the Head, Remuneration & Reward (UK) and VP Global Rewards (US) at BBA Aviation plc, and as a Compensation Leader at Walt Disney World. Throughout their career, Christian has demonstrated their expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive compensation strategies to support organizational goals.

Christian Madsen has an MBA in HRM from Saint Leo University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida. Additionally, they hold certifications including CBP (Certified Benefit Professional), CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), GRP (Global Remuneration Professional), and SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) from WorldatWork and SHRM respectively.
