Product Research Team Lead at Semrush

Diana Prokusheva has extensive work experience in the field of user experience (UX). Diana started their career at GET Information Technology GmbH as a Web Designer, where they worked from September 2014 to January 2016. In this role, they were responsible for redesigning three software products, creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and supporting the marketing department with various design materials.

In 2016, Diana joined the eScience Research Institute as a User Experience Specialist. During their time there (March to September 2016), they were involved in the visual and interaction design of the Flood Warning System (FWS) for the Saint Petersburg Flood Prevention Facility Complex. Diana collaborated with engineers to provide design solutions, focusing on interaction design, prototyping, and visual design. Diana also designed the user interface for FloodVision, enabling multiple users to work with forecast data on a large multi-touch table.

Since 2016, Diana has been working at SEMrush, initially as a UX Designer and currently as a Senior UX Researcher. Their role as a UX Designer (September 2016 to June 2019) involved contributing to user experience research and design at SEMrush. As a Senior UX Researcher, they continue to enhance the user experience by conducting research and providing insights to optimize SEMrush's products and services.

Diana Prokusheva obtained their Master's degree in Information Systems and Technologies from ITMO University, which they attended from 2008 to 2014. In 2013, they also briefly studied Software Engineering at LUT University. Additionally, Diana has obtained several certifications, including one in Data-driven product management from GoPractice, Inc in April 2020, and an IELTS General Training Overall Band Score of 7 from IELTS Official in March 2020.
