Elena Flores

Elena Flores has a diverse work experience in HR roles. Elena is currently working as an HR Business Partner at Semrush since December 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at Glovo, where they were a M&A People Project Manager from April 2022 to November 2022 and a HQ People Partner from September 2020 to April 2022. Elena also took maternity leave from October 2019 to August 2020. Elena worked as an HR Generalist/HRBP at Alcon from July 2018 to October 2019. Before that, they held HR roles at L'Oréal, including HR Advisor from October 2016 to June 2018 and HR Coordinator from January 2016 to October 2016. Elena started their career at Byron as an HR Advisor from February 2015 to December 2015 and as an HR Administrator from April 2012 to February 2015.

Elena Flores completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources and Team Leadership from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. Elena attended the university from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, Elena also holds certifications in Employment Law. Elena obtained a Level 5 Employment Law certification from CIPD in July 2015 and a Level 3 Employment Law certification from the same institution in October 2013.
