Senior Backend Developer at Semrush

Kirill Zubkov has extensive work experience starting in 2013 as a Consultant and Junior C# Developer at Docsvision. Kirill then worked as a QA Engineer and Junior C# Developer at ЦЗИ "Флагман" from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they became a Senior Java Developer at СПБ ГУП "СПБ ИАЦ" and continued in that role until 2016. After that, they joined Alfa-Bank as a Principal Java Developer, where they focused on building test and production clusters, creating ecosystem with CI/CD pipeline, and developing REST services. In 2018, they moved to Yandex.Money as a Senior Software Developer and was responsible for building microservices and components, as well as refactoring. Currently, they are working at Semrush as a Senior Backend Developer, where they are involved in developing the Semrush Site Audit Tool, creating CI/CD pipeline, refactoring legacy code, and troubleshooting production incidents.

Kirill Zubkov obtained a degree in Information Security Specialist with a focus on Comprehensive Security of Informatization Objects from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. Kirill attended the university from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Kirill has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through Scrum Alliance. In 2018, they completed courses on Kotlin for Android & Java Developers: Clean Code on Android and Modern React with Redux from Udemy.
