Matt Persico

Matt Persico currently serves as Head of HRIT at Semrush, where responsibilities include leading the integration of Workday and overseeing the HRIT team’s expansion and restructuring. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Avid, including Director of People Technology, where key accomplishments involved ownership of legacy applications and the development of a comprehensive technology roadmap. Experience also includes significant roles at Decision Resources Group, Philips Lighting, Hebrew SeniorLife, and AMAG Pharmaceuticals, primarily focused on HR operations, systems implementations, and analytics. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University.
