MJ Paradiso is currently the Director of the International SMB Team at Semrush, focusing on online marketing strategies across EMEA and APAC. Previously, MJ served as RVP for Northern Europe at Yext, where they accomplished significant sales milestones, including three consecutive Presidents Club recognitions. With over ten years of experience in consultative B2B sales, MJ has held leadership roles at various organizations such as Meltwater and NetBase Solutions, where they drove growth and enhanced client experiences. A graduate of Northeastern University and ESB Business School, MJ currently resides in London and enjoys traveling, cooking, craft beer, and playing the piano.
