Patty Regan

Patty Regan is a seasoned program management professional with extensive experience in global environments. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Semrush since April 2024, Patty previously held the position of Principal Program Manager at Cerence Inc. from October 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing critical initiatives in Application, Infrastructure, Security, and achieving Cybersecurity ISO certification. Prior to Cerence, Patty worked at Nuance Communications as a Senior Program Manager and held various program management roles at Kronos Incorporated, NetScout Systems, and PTC, including Director of Sales Technology. Patty earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and graduated from Chelmsford High School.
