Rachel Pearce

Rachel Pearce is a communications and content professional with extensive experience in employee engagement and strategic messaging. They served as the Head of Communications for Wayfair from 2018 to 2022, where they built an employee communications function and navigated significant cultural shifts during a growth period. Prior to that, Rachel held various roles at Cone Communications and State Street, focusing on integrated marketing and internal communications. Currently, they are the Director of Communications at Semrush and a member of the Customer Advisory Board at ChangeEngine. Rachel holds an M.B.A. from Boston University and is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree at Boston College in Human Development/Organizational Behavior and International Studies.
