Robert Abaev

Robert Abaev is an experienced data professional with a strong background in data engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Technical Owner for the Data Platform at Semrush, Robert is responsible for migrating processes from legacy systems to a unified data platform. Previously, as a Lead Data Engineer at Accel Club, key achievements included enhancing data infrastructure, migrating to an in-house solution, and developing a near real-time Amazon sales dashboard. Robert's experience spans roles at Cian, Innotech, MERLION, Rosbank, and Diasoft, where a consistent focus on data migrations, infrastructure improvements, and the implementation of best practices was demonstrated. Robert holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation.
