Stanislav Kozlov

Stanislav Kozlov has several years of experience in the field of DevOps and system administration. Stanislav began their career in 2001 as an Engineer at Information Systems Lab, where they were responsible for network installation and configuration, operations, and technical support.

From 2002 to 2006, they worked as an IT specialist at Angarskmedstrakh Insurance Company, where they installed and configured networks, hardware, and operating systems, and also managed special software installations and performed monitoring and operations duties.

In 2006, Stanislav joined Rosgosstrakh-Meditsina Insurance Company as an IT specialist, where they performed similar responsibilities, including installing and configuring operating systems, hardware, and special software for the insurance company.

In 2007, they started working at IT Bank, Angarsk branch, where they initially served as a Leading specialist of the software department and later became the Head of the software department. In these roles, they focused on systems installation, configuration, and upgrades, application installations, LAN and WAN maintenance, and ensuring IT security measures.

In 2012, Stanislav transitioned to VNIIRA, where they worked as an Engineer and System administrator. Their responsibilities included installing, configuring, and maintaining Unix/Linux systems, as well as troubleshooting hardware issues and deploying development and staging environments.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a System Administrator/Operations Engineer at B-rain Tech / RadiumOne, where they handled OS installation and configuration, technical support and monitoring of Hadoop clusters, and configurations management.

In 2017, Stanislav joined SteppeChange as a System Engineer/DevOps, where they focused on the installation and configuration of hosts, VMs, and environments for software development and testing, as well as the installation and configuration of Hadoop clusters and CI/CD processes.

Stanislav then worked at eCoinomy Ltd. as a DevOps Engineer from 2018 to 2019, where they were responsible for the configuration and deployment of staging and production environments, as well as backup system management.

In 2019, Stanislav joined Grid Dynamics as a BigData DevOps Engineer, where they worked on development and staging environment configurations, CI/CD processes, and automations.

Currently, since 2020, they are employed at Semrush as a DevOps Engineer. In this role, they focus on OS and application configurations, CI/CD pipeline configuration, monitoring system configuration, and operations and incident handling. Stanislav has also achieved the migration of the product from bare-metal to the cloud.

Throughout their career, Stanislav has gained expertise in technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, and various monitoring systems.

Stanislav Kozlov earned their degree in Industrial Electronics with honors from Angarsk State Technical Academy in Angarsk, completing their education from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Professional Cloud Architect from Google Cloud in December 2021.
