Greg Alfonso

Greg Alfonso has worked in various roles since 2007. Greg began as a student at Northeastern University and then held a Help Desk Co-op position at the Boston Beer Company in 2009. In 2010, they took a Windows Server Application Support Co-op role at FM Global. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Commonwealth Financial Network as a Technology Consultant, Team Lead, and Help Desk Specialist. In 2018, they began working at Cheetah Digital as a Desktop Support Administrator. In 2020, they moved to ADS Technologies as an Information Technology Administrator. Currently, they are employed at Semsee as a Carrier Integrations Product Manager and Technical Service Desk Manager.

Greg Alfonso obtained their Bachelor of Science in Information Science from Northeastern University in 2013. Prior to that, they attended Suffern High School from 2003 to 2007. In 2018, they obtained a G Suite Administrator Fundamentals certification from Coursera and a G Suite Administrator certification from Google Cloud Certified.
