Alexander (Sandy) Smith is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. They began their career as a Layout Engineer at Inmos Ltd from 1993 to 1995 and later held similar roles at SGS-Thomson Microelectronics and Lattice Semiconductor UK until 2005. They progressed to become a Principal Engineer at Broadcom from 2010 to 2016 and currently hold the position of Principal Engineer at Semtech since 2019, having previously served as a Senior Layout Engineer there from 2016 to 2018.
