Behnam Abdollahi

Behnam Abdollahi serves as a Staff Analog IC Designer at Semtech since June 2025 and is currently a PhD Candidate at Technische Universität Wien, contributing to the PHIDELITI project in collaboration with Infineon, AIT, and TU Graz, focusing on low-power and ultra-high-speed transceivers for optoelectronic applications. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Tarbiat Modares University from July 2016 to September 2021 and a position in SINA Innovative Communication Systems as a TST Member from November 2016 to July 2019. Behnam holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tarbiat Modares University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
