Carmen Isham

Carmen Isham serves as the Director of Global Channel Operations at Semtech since April 2024. Prior to this role, Carmen held multiple positions at Lantronix, including Director of Worldwide Channel Sales and WW Channel Manager from January 2020 to April 2024. Carmen's career in sales and operations began at Microsemi, where significant contributions were made as the Director of Worldwide Distribution and Contracts, along with experiences as Distribution Sales Manager and OEM Inside Sales Rep. Carmen also worked as Corporate Business Development Manager at All Tech Electronics, Inc. Carmen holds an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science/Business from ICM School of Business.
