David Wong

David Wong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and marketing within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Product Line Director at Semtech since 2017, David has led the development of the PerSe™ intelligent sensor platform, enhancing 5G/Wi-Fi connectivity for mobile and wearable devices. Prior to this role, David spent over a decade at Semtech in various positions, including Product Line Director for Consumer Sensing Products, where contributions included optimizing RF power through SAR sensors and advancing gesture control technologies. David’s earlier career includes roles at Texas Instruments and Van Limburg Engineering, focusing on product testing and development in high-speed electronics. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California.
