Feng Xu

Feng Xu is a highly experienced engineering professional with a focus on process integration and development in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Staff Process Integration Engineer at Semtech since 2017, Feng has previously held positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES as an MTS Process Engineer and at Intel Corporation as a PTD Process Development Engineer. Academic background includes a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master's in Microelectronics from East China Normal University. Notable research contributions include work as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where significant advancements were made in nanocarbon materials for semiconductor applications. Additionally, Feng has experience teaching semiconductor physics and supervising undergraduate projects at Nantong University, as well as conducting research on nanomaterials in various capacities.
