Jeffrey Tang

Jeffrey Tang is a Senior Staff Engineer at Semtech since August 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing product development from concept to end-of-life and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with product specifications. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer at Teledyne DALSA and Redlen Technologies Inc., focusing on high-quality x-ray products and semiconductor radiation detector fabrication. Jeffrey also worked at Semtech Corporation – Gennum Products as a Senior Staff Product Engineer, and at Hewlett-Packard Singapore and STMicroelectronics Singapore, gaining extensive expertise in process integration, test engineering, and wafer fabrication. Jeffrey holds a Master of Science in Microelectronics from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Engineering in Automation and Control from Hefei Technology University.
