Jérôme Dézèque

Jérôme Dézèque has had extensive work experience in human resources. Jérôme'smost recent position was as the Director of Human Resources for EMEA at Semtech since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Sierra Wireless from July 2018 to December 2022. Before that, they had various roles at Sierra Wireless, including Senior Manager and Manager of Recruitment and HR Development for the EMEA region. Jérôme also worked as a Training and Recruitment Officer at Wavecom, a Training Specialist at Chubb Security, a Training Assistant at Banque Palatine, and a Human Resources Assistant at Decathlon Internacional.

Jérôme Dézèque attended ESSEC Business School from 2018 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Management 1 Operational Leadership. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2010, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR Management at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. Furthermore, from 2001 to 2003, Jérôme studied at Université Paris 13, where they obtained a Maitrise de Sciences et Techniques in Development of HR and Corporate Training.
