John O.

John O. has over 20 years of experience in digital design. John started their career at Nortel Networks, where they worked as a Digital ASIC Designer from 1998 to 2001. John then moved on to Ciena (formerly Catena Networks) and held the same role from 2001 to 2005. Following that, they joined STMicroelectronics as a Senior Front End ASIC Designer from 2005 to 2009. Currently, they are working at Semtech as a Principal Engineer, Digital Design, where they lead digital project teams and manages the entire digital design flow for mixed-signal, high-speed ASICs.

John O. attended Memorial University of Newfoundland from 1991 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computers and Communications.
